 Andrea Crabtree, BS, CVPM, SPHR, PHRca, CCFP, is a Southern California native and founder of FurPaws Consulting, where she partners with veterinary practice owners and managers to strengthen leadership teams and grow thriving businesses. A Cal Poly Pomona graduate in Animal Health Science, Andrea became a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager in 2011 and later earned both her Professional and Senior Professional in Human Resources certifications. She is also a Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional and Fear Free Certified. Named SoCal VMA Paraprofessional of the Year and Viticus Practice Manager Speaker of the Year (2024), Andrea is a national speaker, published contributor, and co-host of the PAWSitive Leadership Podcast. She serves on multiple industry boards and lives in Orange, CA, with her husband Andrew, their pets, and her beloved horse.
