More than twenty-five years ago, Meghan started a summer job with her neighborhood vet and fell in love with veterinary medicine. She worked her way from Kennel, to Technician, to Receptionist, and eventually settled in as Practice Manager where she developed the business from just one vet to a 12-doctor practice. 
 After feeling like she had grown there as much as she could, she transitioned to a Senior Operations Manager position where she helped 25 Emergency, Urgent, and General Practices reach their full potential.

Meghan thinks she’s found her dream job with Granite Peak Associates because she gets to help improve processes for the people who help pets and set up their practices for success.  Meghan earned her BA in Communications in 2003, but stuck with vet med. She was elected one of the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association’s Emerging Leaders and earned her Certified Veterinary Practice Management Certification in 2017.

Peter is the Chair of the firm’s National Veterinary Practice Group.  Peter is also a member of the firm’s Executive Committee wherein he strives to embody the firm’s core values while working closely with firm leadership to help drive the firm’s positioning and strategic plan.

Peter is an experienced business lawyer who has developed a national practice representing his clients in all facets of their business life cycle including corporate formations and start-ups, acquisitions, sales and mergers, associate buy-ins, non-veterinary ownership structures, real estate transactions, partnership agreements, employment agreements, joint ventures and succession planning.  

As VP of Business Development, Ryan’s primary focus is finding and engaging strategic partnerships to positively impact the company, clients, and industry colleagues. 

He brings a unique blend of experience and skills to RWE Design Build combining 15 years consulting on Capital Equipment & Project Management for Midmark’s Animal Health Division succeeding technical time in the Veterinary clinical space.

Ryan values relationships and truly enjoys the journey from initial conceptual interaction to goal fulfillment. Ryan has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University and multiple certifications/training including Fear Free & CPI – Continuous Process Improvement.
